How long does delivery take? +
Most orders are delivered to your in-game account within 3 minutes of payment confirmation. In rare cases during high demand, delivery can take up to 24 hours. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as delivery completes.
I didn't receive my item — what do I do? +
First, double-check that your in-game username was entered correctly at checkout. If it's been over 30 minutes and nothing arrived, open a support ticket above with your Order ID and we'll investigate immediately.
Can I get a refund? +
Refunds are available if an item was not delivered, arrived incorrectly, or a technical error occurred on our end. Requests must be submitted within 72 hours. Items already delivered in-game are considered fulfilled and are non-refundable.
